About the client

When it smells of popcorn and sawdust, the spotlights are lit, and there is a fairytale atmosphere in the air in the tent. When the circus orchestra plays snappy melodies on the velvet-covered orchestra podium, when noble horses gallop through the ring, when the trapeze artists fly somersaults high under the big top and when the clowns make young and old laugh – then it’s time for the unique Ravensburger Christmas Circus from Elmar Kretz.

About the project

Big Top Models created a model of the circus tent exterior and interior based on blueprints, dimensions and photos that Elmar Kretz provided. The complete model was finished in about 15 hours before the virtual lights was installed and programmed to simulate the look of the real tent.

We delivered around 35 photorealistic images from all the sections of the bleachers to give the audience a look at the view from all the seats before making their preferred choice of tickets.
